To maximize the quality of our delivery, we first focus on the objectives and metrics important to our customer. Some customers need quick estimates while others need absolute defined outputs with as much accuracy as possible. With our methodology and internal systems, we provide quality measurements on both requirements and many in between. QBE monitors these metrics for changes, and alerts the customer for joint re-prioritization of resources. When we recognize measurements that are sub-par or reporting less than the objective, we can then look at root-cause, make recommendations to remediate and show the impact on the program.
